PNEUMATIC RAVE2 POWER VALVE APRILIA RX SX MX HM ROTAX 122

The valve is supplied already machined to allow a perfect opening of the exhaust pipe.
In the valve the upper part of the guillotine and of the prisoner that moves it are modified, lengthening the stroke. We perform this modification with CNC machines that ensure maximum precision
The pneumatic RAVE2 valve can be mounted on rotax 122 and 123 engines.
The merits of this valve are:- Linear opening according to the revolutions- Accuracy during the partialization of the gas at any regime- Adjustable in a few seconds without having to disassemble any components (it is possible to decide at what number of revolutions to start opening)- Lower cost- Less weight- It does not require connection to the electrical system because it is completely mechanical
The only contraindication of this valve (in assembly on aprilia models) is that in order to work it requires a 4 mm hole perpendicular to the valve support plane, passing through the drain. The hole is used to communicate the drain and the valve so as to allow its operation.HM models already have a hole in the cylinder and can then mount the valve without modification.
For the correct operation on rotax 122 and 123 engines we recommend the machined version which, thanks to the extra mm of the guillotine stroke, guarantees the complete opening of the exhaust pipe.
In 2016 a new pin made from solid was introduced that significantly increases the reliability of the valve, solving the problems of life of the guillotine typical of this engine.
