SHIPPING
RiMotoShop ships customer orders on the same day they are placed, provided the order is received before 10:00 AM on a business day and one of the following payment methods has been selected: credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery where available.
If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, the order can only be shipped after payment confirmation has been received from our bank. Depending on the country involved, this process may take up to 7 business days.
If any issue arises regarding the order (delivery address confirmation, payment verification, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact the customer via email. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will attempt to contact the customer by phone. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response. If no reply is received within three business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
DELIVERY
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the invoice, tracking number, and a link to track the shipment on the carrier's website.
Customers can also access tracking information by logging into their RiMotoShop account and clicking on the "Orders" section. By selecting an order from the order history, all related information, including the tracking link, will be displayed.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after shipment confirmation. It can take up to 24 hours before updates appear on the carrier's website. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national and local holidays, to the address provided during checkout.
Customers may choose any delivery address (except P.O. Boxes). Simply provide an address where someone will be available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The selected carrier will attempt delivery at that address.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers cannot choose a specific delivery time, as delivery schedules are determined by the carrier.
An incorrect or incomplete address may result in the parcel being returned to RiMotoShop and additional shipping costs being charged to the customer. We therefore recommend carefully checking the delivery address before confirming the order. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping address and billing details can no longer be modified.
DELIVERY TIMES
Products are shipped via DHL, SDA or UPS. Shipping times are generally 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the following factors:
- The actual or volumetric weight of the parcel, whichever is greater.
- The destination country.
- The carrier's pricing tables, updated regularly.
Shipping costs are automatically updated as items are added to the shopping cart.
