• AISI 8620 steel certified for superior resistance
• The shaft bushings are made of hot-rolled and hardened ASTM 4115 steel according to RC 58-62
• Uses the latest cage roller bearing designs for long lasting high speed operation
• The uniquely designed connecting rod head with vent slots with lateral groove in strategic points to minimize the distortion of the bearing guide at high revs
• The small heads have double holes to ensure further lubrication and cooling of the pin of the pin bearings, which are important when the piston ring is located near the pin bearings
• They are shot peened to eliminate residual surface tension and to perfectly join the forging spokes of the connecting rods
• The double sanding allows for an extremely round bearing surface for reliable operation even at high engine speeds
• Connecting rod kits are supplied complete with connecting rod, shaft bushing, shaft bushing bearing, roller cage and silver coated phosphor bronze thrust washers
• Compatible with Hot Rods and OE crankshafts
