Cylinder with piston and gaskets for all Aprilia and Hm engines with rotax 122 engine.

Italkit produces a new 125cc standard diameter and 140cc bigbore kit that replaces the original cylinder and piston with a BOLT-ON  version, meaning that it can be installed without modifying the crankcases.

Before purchasing, select the desired cylinder kit:

1. CI.01.125.G standard 125cc piston with 2 rings
2. CI.01.140.G2 bigbore 140cc piston 2 rings
3. CI.01.127.G standard 125cc single ring piston
4. CI.01.140.G bigbore140cc single ring piston
5. CK.01.125.G standard 125cc with 2 ring piston + Cylinder head
6. CK.01.140.G2 bigbore 140cc with 2 ring piston + Cylinder head
7. CK.01.127.G standard 125cc with single ring piston + Cylinder head
8. CK.01.140.G bigbore 140cc with single ring piston + Cylinder head

The nickel-plated cylinder is combined with a new lightened forged piston Vertex.

The kit comes with all the components needed to install the cylinder and, if required, with the head included.
