Clutch pressure plate Honda CRF 250 R 14-15

VHM has completely redesigned the clutch thrust pin to reduce the effect of loss of lever travel during heavy use.

The original pin is made of steel and consequently expands less than the aluminum engine block as the temperature increases.

The VHM pressure plate is made of aluminum with only steel headers.

The bi-metal rod guarantees the same wear life but an expansion equal to that of the crankcase.

In this way when the temperature increases the clutch does not lose the registration and remains correctly adjusted.
