Kit conversione valves Honda CRF 250 R (08-09) aspiration

The valve conversion kit is designed to replace the titanium valves of modern 4-stroke engines and reduce maintenance intervals accordingly.

The kits allow to achieve much higher reliability, less frequent maintenance and much lower costs at the expense of a slight drop in performance at high revs.

The kit is composed, in addition to the 2 steel valves (3 for some models), of special valve springs needed to counter the greater weight of the valves themselves.

CAUTION:
- Whenever the valves are replaced, the valve seat must be adjusted to ensure proper sealing.
- Relying on this operation only to professionals in the sector.
- After the first use recheck the correct valve clearance.
- Kits, like any valve / seat mechanism component, are supplied without warranty.
- The valve springs are in some cases with variable pitch. The side with the lower pitch must be mounted on the head side. For convenience, the spring on the cam side has an indicative coating (not harmful to the engine).
