The silicone radiator tubes are handcrafted using differentiated layers of silicone material to ensure the best mechanical, technical and hydraulic performance.

The use of high quality molds, Y-shaped fittings with disposable wax inserts and the obsessive attention to detail, guarantee the product an always constant internal section, a quick and precise assembly and a perfect surface finish that allows liquid flows refrigerant higher than the original.

Each tube is composed of an inner layer of blue rubber that guarantees minimum fluid-dynamic resistance, three layers of high-strength nylon mesh that guarantee the mechanical resistance of the tube and 2 layers of external colored material that guarantee an unparalleled look.

The final vulcanization mixes the layers making the tube a mix of technique and appeal, with the following performances:

operating temperature from -50 degrees to +280 degrees
operating pressure over 4 bar
thickness 4,5 mm
Where indicated we propose the version with Y-tube that eliminates the original fitting, reduces the number of tubes and maximizes performance.
