HTM Racing has developed a single-band piston for Rotax 125 engines that is significantly higher than all competition.
It is the result of studies and experiences acquired in years of continuous development in the racing engines in Sport Production, in the Italian Cup Championship and in other international competitions.

The piston is printed with lattice structure to be light and durable

• The aluminium alloy with high silicon content reduces the hot expansion and increases the mileage.
• The mantle is coated with the highest quality graphite with high thickness and firmly polymerized with specific heat treatment
• The jack is Biconic lightened and has the exclusivity of being treated with superfinishing for the maximum reduction of friction and is protected from corrosion by phosphates-based coatings.
• The sealing segment is made of high-strength anti-breakage steel and has a chrome coating.
• Several coupling classes Are provided in order to adapt the piston perfectly to the specific cylinder size.
